Data we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone and shipping address — only to prepare and ship your parcel with DHL. Creating an account stores your email and name. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary: cart, sign-in session, chosen language and dark mode. Optional: anonymous traffic statistics (page, country, source, device type) that run only after your consent. No third-party ad trackers are used.
Legal basis
Order processing is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), optional analytics rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and invoice retention is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
Order data is kept for the legally required commercial retention period and then deleted. Traffic data is anonymous and not linked to a person.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings button above or by contacting us.
